Arrival & Departure
Arrival Time
We welcome you to check in starting at 4:00 PM. If you arrive early, our concierge will be happy to store your luggage so you can begin your retreat on the shore. We also offer early check-in requests if available.
Departure Time
Checkout is at 10:00 AM. This ensures we can meticulously prepare the house for our next guests. Late checkouts may be requested and are subject to availability.
Flexibility
Should your travel plans require an early arrival or late departure, please reach out to our concierge. We will do our absolute best to accommodate your schedule.

Is The Shore House pet-friendly?
We love our four-legged guests! We welcome dogs under 30lbs in designated garden suites with a small nightly cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare their stay.
What is your smoking policy?
To keep our coastal air crisp and clean, all indoor areas and guest rooms are strictly non-smoking. Designated smoking areas are available near beach access.
Do you have quiet hours?
We encourage a tranquil atmosphere. We kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, allowing everyone periodic rest to the sound of the ocean.
Is there a dress code for the Shore House?
Our vibe is coastal chic. Resort-wear and linen are encouraged. Poolside attire is perfect for the day, and Palm Beach chic for the night.
Amenities & Guest Services
Do you provide beach chairs and umbrellas?
Absolutely. We offer complimentary luxury beach setups, including two chairs, an umbrella, and fresh towels for every room, available daily.
Is there a fitness center or spa on-site?
We do not have a fitness center or spa on-site, but a state-of-the-art gym is within walking distance. Guests can enjoy discounted day passes during their stay.
Where can I go snorkeling?
The Palm Beach inlet is home to extensive marine life and offers wonderful snorkeling opportunities. A dive shop within walking distance sells and rents snorkeling gear.
Can I rent bicycles for guest use?
Absolutely. Our concierge can arrange bicycle rentals delivered right to The Shore House, making it easy to explore Palm Beach at your own pace.
Booking & Cancellation
What is the cancellation policy?
We offer full refunds for cancellations made at least 7 days before your arrival. For shorter notice, a one-night fee applies to ensure we can keep our seaside retreat exclusive.
Can I modify my reservation?
Certainly. Subject to availability, you can adjust your dates via our website or by speaking with our concierge. Rate adjustments may apply based on the season.
Are deposits required?
To secure your coastal sanctuary, a deposit equal to the first night's stay is processed at the time of booking. The remaining balance is settled upon check-in.
Do you offer group rates?
Yes, for boutique weddings or small corporate retreats booking 2 or more rooms, we offer curated group packages. Please contact our concierge team for details.
